What can you expect?

Your quiet, comfortable life is interrupted by an urgent phone call: your grandfather's health has supposedly taken a turn for the worse. Before you can question the suspiciously convenient story, your family ships you off to a remote tropical island to care for him.

Welcome to My New Island Life! A comedic visual novel about being dragged out of your comfort zone and into a community filled with eccentric and occasionally concerning personalities. Explore the island, get to know its residents, build relationships, make choices, enjoy minigames, and unlock gallery scenes through a growing collection of lighthearted events, romantic encounters, and ridiculous situations you never volunteered for.

You came expecting a simple family obligation, but the island has other plans for you. Your old life may have been peaceful, but your new one promises to be anything but boring.

The Girls

Aya runs on silence, routine, and the firm belief that most conversations with the inhabitants of the island are a waste of perfectly usable air. She spends a lot of time in the library because it is one of the few places on the island where people are expected to shut up.

Yuko treats the island like a stage and everyone on it like an unpaid actor. She is playful, clever, and always watching for the exact moment a situation can be made worse for entertainment value. If something strange happens and nobody admits to it, start with Yuko.

Kiri treats normal life like a research project with poor safety regulations. She watches, records, tests, compares, and occasionally forgets that other people consider privacy a real concept. Your arrival gives her something new to measure, and Kiri is not the type to leave an interesting variable alone.

Eri understands life through swimming, food, and movement. If there is water nearby, she wants to be in it. If there is food nearby, she wants to eat it. She leaps into situations without thinking them through. That is the most dangerous part.

Guide has a bubbly and energetic personality. She is the island's official source of sunshine, excitement, and deeply questionable optimism. Her special ability is finding magic in rocks, clouds, books, and disasters that most people would correctly identify as problems.

Kutori belongs to the shrine more than anywhere else on the island. It is the one place where she does not have to make herself louder, braver, or more interesting for anyone. She is quiet, careful, and sincere to a fault. Conversations can overwhelm her, decisions can trap her, and apologies escape her mouth before she can stop them.

Sandra runs the clothing store with perfect patience and a smile that never quite gives enough away. She listens closely, suggests gently, and somehow makes people leave with exactly what they needed.
